30-Day Challenge: Day 6

Breakfast: Yogurt with walnuts, coconut, apples, and kiwi

Lunch: Farmer’s sausage, radishes, tomatoes, and leftover cauliflower

Dinner: Spinach salad with bacon, hardboiled eggs, peppers, and green onions

Snacks: Latte, cheese, pickled pepper rings, wine, radishes, and weird sour cream/hot sauce concoction dip.

Remarks: Today went well until after dinner, when I was just craving….something, hence the random snacks of pickled pepper rings, wine, and radishes and weird dip. Went for a LONG walk (3 hours or so?) in the glorious sun with a friend – felt great to soak up the rays and fresh air, and explore some parts of town that I don’t know super-well.
