Breakfast: Yogurt with coconut, walnuts, apples, kiwi, and chia
Lunch: Bacon & eggs, green salad
Dinner: Roast chicken, wild rice, cauliflower
Snacks: Dark chocolate, hot pepper rings
Remarks: Decided to make wild rice as a treat… soooo good, but within an hour of dinner I was feeling like eating again. Coincidence? Who knows!
