30-Day Challenge: Day 9

Breakfast: yogurt with bananas, apple, coconut & walnuts, chia gel, coffee with cream

Lunch: Leftover chicken & cauliflower

Dinner: Buffalo chicken pizza (with a coconut-flour crust! recipe to follow!) with carrots, celery & green onions, green salad, red wine

Remarks: Yoga tonight! Love this class.
