30-Day Challenge: Day 10

Breakfast: yogurt with apples, bananas, oranges, coconut, walnuts & chia gel. Coffee with cream.

Lunch: leftover chicken, raw veggies

Dinner: Mojo salmon with broccoli

Snacks: Dark chocolate, almond butter, coffee with cream, raw veggies

Remarks: We were invited to the lake this weekend so tonight I’ve been prepping some food to take: primal-friendly crackers and homemade mayonnaise. I’ll blog later about how those turn out!
