30-Day Challenge: Day 11

Breakfast: Eggs with dill and cheddar cheese, coffee with cream

Lunch: leftover salmon, broccoli

Supper: pizza (this crust) with ham, pineapple, peppers, onions & olives, green salad

Snacks: coffee with cream, dark chocolte

Remarks: After my previous pizza success, I couldn’t resist trying another coconut-flour recipe, this one with ground flax in it, too. I liked the first one better though!
