30-Day Challenge: Day 17

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with bananas, apples and oranges + coffee and cream

Lunch: green salad with leftover salmon, walnuts, feta

Supper: farmer’s sausage, scrambled eggs & fresh veggies

Snacks: homefries with garlic mayo, red wine

Remarks: Felt really mopey thanks to extreme lower back pain. Took a nap this afternoon because I felt so tired of hurting. Then in the evening, ate some feelings in the form of white potato homefries while watching Bethenny Ever After. Felt marginally better afterwards. Physio tomorrow – phew.
