Day 21 (Monday, May 30)

Slept considerably better last night, using just a flat sheet. Need a few more of those nights now!

breakfast: coffee with cream, 2 eggs

morning: watermelon pop

lunch: 2 tacos, wasabi coconut chips

afternoon: handful of peanuts

supper: random leftovers – taco salad, HB egg, crudites
